We exchange your AstroPay balance for cryptocurrencies such as USDT at Binance or for Colombian Pesos at Bancolombia and Nequi.
Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding:
- The process requires you to write or reply to us on WhatsApp in order to obtain a code that Astropay sends to your cell phone. If we are unable to communicate on WhatsApp the order is cancelled and the card remains in your Astropay App.
- We only accept AstroPay cards in USD currency.
- Currently, the only means of payment are USDT on Binance’s internal account, Litecoin on its original chain, Bancolombia and Nequi.
- The purchase commission is 15%, if you sell 10 USD, you receive 8.5 USDT.
- The exchange rate from USD to Colombian Pesos is the TRM of the day.
- The USD/USDT exchange rate is 1 USD = 1 USDT.
- The USD/LTC exchange rate is taken at the time from Binance.com.
- Funds in Binance are added to your wallet of Funds
- If you accidentally send the wrong account number, email or wallet address and the funds are misplaced, we cannot recover them or issue a refund.
- Payment may take a few minutes. Once you notice that the order is completed you can check your balance.
- We can only buy cards created in your AstroPay app with balance withdrawn from other platforms.
- We cannot buy cards that you have purchased directly from AstroPay or received from other users.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, we will cancel the order and your voucher will remain intact in your AstroPay account.
Steps to sell your AstroPay balance
- Login to your AstroPay App
- At the bottom click on “New Voucher“.
- In the Vouchers screen at the bottom click on “Generate from Wallet“.
- In the upper selector select “USD“.
- Enter the value of the Voucher you are going to generate.
- Click on “Generate Voucher“.
- Return to this page on Bixxus and fill in all fields.
- The WhatsApp must contain the country code. Example; for Colombia write the number as: 573173855917.
- Click on add to cart
- Fill in the fields of the billing form, send the order and you are done.
Congratulations, in a few minutes you will receive your payment in your chosen account.

How do I do it?
- Login to your AstroPay App
- At the bottom click on “New Voucher“.
- In the Vouchers screen at the bottom click on “Generate from Wallet“.
- In the upper selector select “USD“.
- Enter the value of the Voucher you are going to generate (Remember that it must match the options we have in Bixxus).
- Click on “Generate Voucher“.
- Return to this page and select voucher value
- Paste the Voucher in the “Voucher” field and your Binance account information in the respective field.
- Click on add to cart
- Fill in the form fields, send the order and you are ready to go.
